Free UK delivery on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) and delivered 2–5 business days after dispatch — 3–7 business days in total. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland: 6–7 business days after dispatch (7–9 business days in total). You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. A free prepaid return label is included in every parcel. No restocking fees. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Items should be returned unused and in the condition you received them. You may handle an item as you would in a shop. We recommend emailing Support@enerzyo.shop before you send your return, but it is not required.

Payments are handled by Stripe and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card details are processed by Stripe only — we never see or store them.
